With construction in full swing, we have completed 276 units.  254 units have already been turned over to homeowners. Another 22 units are currently at various stages of development; this includes the distinctive Shophouse units, which are also taking shape within this bustling environment.

Land development is 100% complete. All water and power distribution lines are already installed and energized, ensuring reliable water and power source for our residents.

The subdivision has successfully established its homeowners association, a key step towards nurturing a strong sense of community and cooperation among residents.
