For more than two decades, Liza Diño has built a career at the intersection of storytelling, entrepreneurship, cultural leadership, and public service.
From performing in front of the camera to producing internationally recognized projects, from leading one of the Philippines’ most influential cultural agencies to mentoring emerging producers across Asia, her work has ,consistently centered on one belief: creativity flourishes when artists, industries, and institutions grow together.
Today, she serves as Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Fire & Ice Entertainment, where she leads an integrated entertainment company spanning film, television, live entertainment, music, creative spaces, and consultancy. Under her leadership, Fire & Ice has grown into a multidisciplinary creative company that develops original intellectual property, produces world-class entertainment experiences, nurtures artists, and builds partnerships across the Philippines and the international creative industries.
Rather than viewing entertainment as isolated sectors, Liza approaches it as one connected ecosystem—where storytelling, live experiences, music, education, cultural policy, and entrepreneurship strengthen one another to create lasting impact.
ICE SEGUERRA
CHIEF CREATIVE OFFICER & CO-FOUNDER
Ice Seguerra (formerly Aiza Seguerra) is a Filipino singer-songwriter, actor, and director with nearly four decades in Philippine entertainment, he co-founded the company in 2022 with his wife Liza Diño. From 2016 to 2018, he served as Chairperson of the National Youth Commission of the Philippines, where he led national youth policy and programs. At Fire & Ice, Ice anchors the company’s creative direction across music, live, and content work — bringing decades of artistic discipline and audience connection to the company’s long-view philosophy. His 2025 album Being Ice and 2026 EP Tamang Panahon mark his most personal chapter as a songwriter. He is the recipient of multiple Awit Awards, a transgender man whose public visibility has helped open conversations on identity and mental health, and a working artist who continues to record, perform, and direct.
